FREQBAR Event Participation Waiver & Release

By participating in a FREQBAR event hosted by VIA Company LLC and its representatives, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in this event is voluntary. Activities may include, but are not limited to, sound experiences, meditation, mindfulness practices, breath awareness, somatic-based exercises, wellness education, relaxation experiences, red light therapy, sauna blanket experiences, and other wellness offerings.

Health Acknowledgment

I understand that these experiences are intended for educational, personal development, relaxation, and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare services.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during participation and will discontinue participation if I experience discomfort.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in wellness activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to dizziness, emotional responses, fatigue, changes in mood, increased body awareness, heat-related discomfort, or other unforeseen reactions.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless VIA Company LLC, VIA Somatic Wellness, FREQBAR, event hosts, facilitators, staff, contractors, venue partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event.

Medical Emergency

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize event personnel to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any associated medical costs.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event. By participating, I grant VIA Company LLC and its affiliates permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in promotional, educational, marketing, social media, and business materials without compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify event staff before participation.

Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release.
